Upload a `.zip` file containing candidate original resume PDFs or DOCX files (e.g. `DXN-2026-000001.pdf`).
Upload CSV or Excel file containing candidate details (Name, Email, Phone, Designation, Skills, CTC, ECTC, Notice Period).
Auto-Alignment Mechanism
  1. Resume Extraction: Extracts all PDF/DOCX files from your uploaded ZIP archive to secure physical storage (storage/resumes/).
  2. Data Matching: Matches each row in your Excel file to its corresponding resume PDF by Resume ID or candidate filename.
  3. PII Anonymization: Automatically creates unique Synopsis ID (e.g. SYN-DXN-000001) and hides Name, Email, Phone, and Address.
  4. 25-Column Excel Export: Click "Download 25-Column Aligned Excel" to retrieve the formatted master spreadsheet for your records.
